ARCHIVED INTEROFFICE MEMO

Date: January 3rd, 1996
From: Deputy Director Lorna Bell
To: All Department Leads
Subject: End-of-Year Anomalous Incident Report Summary

1995 closed with 137 verified convergence events, up from 104 last year. Notable increases in:

  • Midwest convergence clusters (esp. Holt County and Iron Falls region)

  • Infant auditory bleed cases (Red Class only)

  • Structural echoes in abandoned churches (Michigan, Idaho, Maine)

Of concern: 9 out of 12 total “Black Snow” reports occurred in towns within 2 miles of DCB-sanctioned leyline grid surveys.

Director Wren has requested a cross-departmental analysis. Heiser, Trask, Luse—you’re all on it whether you like each other or not.

PS: Whoever keeps rerouting the cafeteria radio through the intercom system with reversed sermons, knock it off. We can hear you in Records.
